Of course it is! Our program is made for everyone who wants to live healthier life, get into shape and feel better.

Choose and pay for your program, fill out the in-take form. Your personal coach will review your application, connect with you to set up the strategy and explain the flow of the program. You will set up your first Check-in date and track the progress together.

You are not likely to experience any real level of success with any meal plan or nutrition program if you don’t want to manage your food consumption. One long-term goal we have is to educate you about caloric volume and food response basics.

We do practice a small number of methods for controlling calories, the simplest of which is to use your fingers, palm and fist or a more complex calorie counting method. We can help you to find balance in due time without the need for counting calories. In the very beginning though, you need to track your calories until you have a better understanding of your body.

We always consider time, income, physical state, food availability, work and family as well as other important factors that can influence the choices you make.

Wellfed customises its solutions to meet the different needs of individuals who are looking to make changes and begin their exciting nutritional exploration.

Your nutritional journey will take 8 weeks. We are helping our clients to make right nutrition choices in their daily life, grow healthy habits and learn new ways of eating. You will get access to comprehensive knowledge base, weekly challenges and much more.

It is the most important part of your transformation program! By the end of the week you will send your filled Check-in form (measurements, pictures, food journal). Your coach will analyze it and schedule 1:1 session for feedback and next steps.

Mainly by email. You will always get a reply within 48 hours. Once a week you will have a Zoom online session (30min) to get a live feedback from your coach and align on the next steps.

Let’s be honest about things, meal plans and diets are just not sustainable. They are only designed for specific goals and to be temporary.For example, to resolve specific health issues, prepare for competitions, get into prime shape for holidays/seasons or events. Rather than telling you what you should eat, we aim to educate you on the best approach to have healthier and more enjoyable eating habits.

Of course! Our program is well structured and suitable for everyone who wants to change their lifestyle and eating habits. Sport is a great tool to help you achieve your goal faster, but it’s not a mandatory condition to succeed in our transformation program.
